work description:

1. Responsible for meeting customer project plan requirements and formulating overall plans with the structure;

2. Responsible for the process guidance and tracking of project electrical installation & product testing, and deal with various electrical related technical issues during the trial production process;

3. Responsible for the preparation, submission and review of product electrical design documents;

4. Responsible for the preparation of project electrical review materials, and participate in other project design reviews.

5. Responsible for the preparation, modification and release of related APQP technical electrical documents.

6. Product electrical cost estimation, and cost optimization of new product solutions.

7. Responsible for designing and improving the electrical performance of the product to ensure the quality of the electrical performance of the product;

8. Responsible for the tracking and technical problem handling of the outsourcing processing plant.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above;

2. Electronic or electrical related majors;

3. More than three years of working experience in power or energy storage system projects;

4. Electronic/electrical related professional knowledge, familiar with the relevant electronic and electrical domestic and international standards involved in the work;

5. Electrical related drawings, system work strategy formulation, testing method process formulation;

6. Familiar with drawing CAD tools and work-related office software;

7. Familiar with the application of PCDA working tools from design to trial production;

8. It is necessary to provide a list of drawings for participating in the project and proof of project participation.

Description of job: 

1. Familiar with 18650 lithium battery multi-parallel multi-string, protection plate, protection circuit; 2. Research direction of raw material mechanism: development and research of raw materials such as cathode material, anode material, electrolyte, diaphragam, conductive agent, etc.;

3. High energy density material system development: ternary material lithium iron phosphate system development, process optimization, cell design and development, energy density improvement and cell testing and development of a high energy density chemical system;

4. Responsible for product design, document preparation and implementation, familiar with QEDA process management;

5. Responsible for equipment debugging and product failure analysis, judge classification and give countermeasures;

6. Familiar with street lamp battery packs, familiar with high-rate and medium-rate lithium batteries;

7. Familiar with production and processing technology and procedures, and lithium battery quality standards.

Job requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics and electrical automation;

2. More than 8 years of power battery industry experience, and more than 5 years of power battery PACK work experience;

3. Proficient in drawing related software and familiar with equipment;

4. Have a certain degree of electronics and electrical animation major and industrial design knowledge;

5. Strong learning ability, flexible handling ability, strong communication and coordination ability
